The Bible and OLD AGE #24 … Nobody’s going to tell me WHAT TO DO!

Sometimes older citizens will rebel against being told how to act and do. This attitude can extend even to what the Bible teaches. If we want salvation, we must obey Jesus, Heb. 5:9. He tells us what to do. Our lives will be checked on Judgment Day as to whether we obeyed the gospel or not, 2 Thess. 1:7-9. The choice is explained in Rom. 2:5-9. We either obey self or we obey the truth of the gospel. God insist in always telling us how to live.
