What does it cost to be a FRIEND TO JESUS? John 15:18-25

Jesus prophesied that his disciples would be hated and persecuted because He was hated and persecuted first. Because they were not of the world, the disciples of Jesus would be hated and persecuted. The Jews that saw and heard Jesus rejected Him and His word and thereby His Father. The great benefit of the Jopeople of the day hearing and seeing Jesus meant they had a great responsibility and were guilty of sin. Hatred and persecution is the cost of being a friend of Jesus.
