The Bible teaches that God is active in the fetus, Ps. 139:3 and Jer. 1:5. By the Old Testament law, a person responsible for an accidental abortion was accountable just like for a murder, Ex. 21:22-24. Abortion is murder. An unforgiven murderer can have no part in Heaven, 1 John 3:15 and Rev. 21:8.
