Was the Helper an independent part of the Godhead? John 16:12-15

When the Helper, the Holy Spirit, would come, He would guide the apostles in all truth. But He would not speak on His own authority. Instead, He would speak what God gave Him to say. That would include prophecy and glorification of Jesus. He would mold what Jesus had said into the ‘all truth’ He would proclaim. The Holy Spirit was not an Independent Being. As part of the Godhead He would unify further what Jesus had taught.
