What concerned the COUNCIL when Lazarus was raised? John 11:47-48

The council was afraid that if Jesus continued to do similar miracles, this popular young rabbi would cause or lead a revolt against the Romans. In such a revolt, the Romans probably would destroy the nation. Then the chief priests, the scribes and Pharisees, and the council would lose their governing places and their power. Self-concern and not thoughts of the good Jesus was doing prompted their desire to murder Him.
